"I worked for Computer Aid for over 5 years. I was under a salary freeze for 3 years, due to a lack of performance reporting by one of my managers. I enjoyed working with my immediate coworkers, as well as clients and their employees. The work I performed was primarily tech support and was not what I wanted to do as a career. Even though I completed a multiple degree program in college, I was never fairly compensated for my level of training and experience."

"I've worked for Computer Aid Incorporated for 4 years. While I get along with my co-workers and supervisor, I really feel that there isn't a real opportunity for growth. My salary has been kept relatively flat since I started working for the company. I have also noticed that some of the mid-management frequently changed during my 4 years there."
