"The early hours. We start as early as 3 in the morning but you get used to it."

"I am a remote employee and only hear from them when things go wrong. So I have not heard from them. It would be nice if they call to keep in touch. I know they are very busy and do not want to be a bother by calling them without an issue to resolve."
