"I have worked for CLI Dearborn, MI for a year and I'm amazed at how horrible this company is and continues to be. CLI supplies Ford DTP and is constantly shutting down the plant due to mistakes caused by incompetent, unqualified ignorant Quality people and management that has no clue how to run a warehouse. Upper management has such a sad chip on their shoulders that they act like children without any knowledge of properly running a sequencing center. Their so called Quality people are a joke. They know nothing about any of the parts we handle, they make the dumbest mistakes because they refuse to learn anything and have cost the company HUGE amounts of money because they are completely useless at their jobs. The Quality people have actually been shown to be screwing up on purpose. CLI currently owes several different clinics money, they never pay their bills, so employees can't go to clinic if injured. Lots of injuries due to the extreme lack of safety and really stupid decisions by terrible bosses. It needs a total overhaul in everything besides the hourly employees who are the only people that know what they are doing. Ford never should've given their contract to CLI. It has gone from bad to worse to unbelievably horrific in a year and shows no sign of improvement because the same horrible management keeps making horrible choices and ruining the warehouse work. No one should ever hire CLI to do anything ever."
