"Get everything in writing. Trust no one with any personal information. Keep your opinions to yourself and work hard. They pay well, but you have to negotiate every detail, in writing."

What don't you like about working at Complete Coach Works?

"Paranoid ownership and senior management. Hostile work environment. Most employees act as if they are on egg shells and constantly worry about job security. The owner is an angry man, tempermental and yells. The V.P. is a nice guy but covers himself before his subordinates."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Open door policy, allow suggestions without fear of repercussions or poor evaluations. Listen."
