"I worked there for a couple of months in the completion of a contract for Universal Studios. The job itself was very interesting in converting diesel trucks to electrical power. The drafting department, on the other hand, was very disorganized. Every drafting person were new hires, including the director of engineering. Meaning previous projects were almost impossible to locate on the server, etc..."

"Paranoid ownership and senior management. Hostile work environment. Most employees act as if they are on egg shells and constantly worry about job security. The owner is an angry man, tempermental and yells. The V.P. is a nice guy but covers himself before his subordinates."

"Open door policy, allow suggestions without fear of repercussions or poor evaluations. Listen."
