"I am an MBA graduate from Point Loma Nazarene University with extensive experience in new process development and implementation in relation to Sales and Customer Service. I have been employed by Compass IT Compliance since August 2018 as the Regional Account Manager. Computer Technologies Consultants since 2017 as the Operations and Account Manager for the West Coast. During this time, I have been tasked with expanding our current client base as well as increasing sales. Prior to Compass IT Compliance, I worked for Computer Technologies Consultants as the Sales and Operations Manager for the West Coast. While at Computer Technologies Consultants, I was tasked with improving client satisfaction and onboarding new staff. I was previously employed by Coalfire Systems for 3 years in the sales department, first as a Regional Sales Manager and then on the Account Management team. While at Coalfire, my role was to expand Coalfire’s regional presence throughout Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona. I then transitioned to the Account Management team where my role was as a Senior Account Manager where I led a team and drove renewals and up-sell opportunities for current clients. Prior to Coalfire, I was employed at Sony Electronics in their E-Commerce department. During this time, I filled various roles and responsibilities within the E-Commerce department. I was responsible for process creation and documentation for improvement in Sony customer satisfaction. I have traveled to Manila numerous times to contribute to the development and supervision of our inbound contact centers which handle customer service and sales.
