"I am an MBA graduate from Point Loma Nazarene University with extensive experience in new process development and implementation in relation to Sales and Customer Service. I have been employed by Compass IT Compliance since August 2018 as the Regional Account Manager. Computer Technologies Consultants since 2017 as the Operations and Account Manager for the West Coast. During this time, I have been tasked with expanding our current client base as well as increasing sales. Prior to Compass IT Compliance, I worked for Computer Technologies Consultants as the Sales and Operations Manager for the West Coast. While at Computer Technologies Consultants, I was tasked with improving client satisfaction and onboarding new staff. I was previously employed by Coalfire Systems for 3 years in the sales department, first as a Regional Sales Manager and then on the Account Management team. While at Coalfire, my role was to expand Coalfire’s regional presence throughout Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona.
