"I am going to get in touch with a union Representative and get them in to talk to Employees. We need a fair shake this company says they are saving money but keep hiring people with 60k salaries and we as employees are getting screwed plain and simple. And you actually can’t do anything about us talking to a union."

"I’ve worked here for several years now and I'm not liking what’s going on. They took hours away from us just to hire a second sous chef which costs them more money than it would to give their Employees hours. Do not apply here they do not care about you all they care about is the bottom line and people that work Sunday through Thursday get screwed when holidays come and are made to work on their days off Which are Friday and Saturday so when a holiday comes they are told they have to work that Friday which is not fair. So you work fewer hours and they want more out of you. Again do not work for this company you have a lot of other options."

"So they took 3 hours a week away from us that’s 6 hours every 2 weeks and they still want you to bust your butt. Not even getting the 40 hours I was hired for and they keep adding on work. This company does not care about their Employees some of us can’t even afford to pay bills as it is and they took our hours away. You have plenty of other options for employment than this place so run while you can."

They have multiple systems unique to the company that do not communicate making it impossible to be proactive. Even worse, there is no training, plenty of data collection, but nothing is actionable. Very frustrating."
