1.6The absolute worst company for a flight attendant. This company will make your experience in the industry a nightmare... therefore will jade your perception to what the flight attendant experience is. The company has always had a bad reputation, of firing flight attendants for anything... and I do mean anything. Just last month they fired 30. This is why they are always having these mass hirings. They constantly violate the union contract, which the union reps have no power to defend their brothers and sisters. Their motto is the company will do whatever it wants, and grieve later... thus bombarding the reps with mass grievances, making them ineffective. Lowest pay in the industry, worst management, as well as flight attendant. They hire young inexperienced girls... looking for a pilot. Not taking the job serious, creating safety issues for their crews and passengers. This is a racist company... sorry African American potential flight attendants... this is not the company for you... you will be fired!!!!
3.9We have a contract that outlines minimums lke minimum time off and minimum work rules. Do more than just the bare minimum per the contract, it looks bad. If we have 11 days off per month guaranteed by the contract, that doesn't mean we should ONLY have 11 days off per month especially when there are tons of reserves sitting around doing nothing.
