"Only that they will be working for agreat group of poeple."

What don't you like about working at durfold?

"There are specific limits to advancement. Owners and family are in all management positions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Review and have more extensive job duties for the bookkeeper. Currently there is not enough duties to keep busy."
