"I had the opportunity to make loan presentations before the loan committee and the board of directors. I had never done this before and it was a challenge at first but I learned to get my thoughts together and emphasis the loan structure, repayment abilities, guarantor strength, etc. and answer questions from the committee."

"I had five managers in the eighteen months I worked there and it was difficult to pursue specific growth paths."
