"The Board and management are very open to new ideas and actually invited this idea building."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The market in the area is very dependent on the natural gas industry. Also, the bank and its current branches are in a remote area of the four corners making it difficult to branch much further. There are some growth opportunities north of the bank's market."

What don't you like about working at Community Bank?

"Although the company is a Sub S corp. and the stock is fully subscribed it was difficult to get the board to pay the bonuses deserved or contribute to a long term executive compensation plan."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management is strong and they understand how to run the bank. Although they won't be highly profitable the bank can add some new products and services. These will result in some incremental growth."
