"Deployments, field time, being away from my family, less than desirable promotion system, physically taxing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Revert back to the original promotion system; less overseas time; more emphasis on personal soldier issues."

"I believe for anyone considering the military it is a good direction to step in life but not a permanent solution fr everyone."

What don't you like about working at United States Army?

"There was not much freedom, it would have been hard to enjoy time with a family for a long term career move."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Most of my managers in the military were very competent leaders and the only thing I could suggest is for leaders to listen to their people more."
