"Very poor management, have their favorites. No matter what happens, they never do anything about it. You can't go to them for anything, you are wasting your time. The favorites do the schedule the way they want it and the rest of us just have to deal with it. Bad place to work, only certain ones work, the rest sit with their cellphones, doing nothing for the residents. They are a bunch of bullies picking on the others."
