"I'm not really sure where the disconnect is between management and the worker bees but getting in sync could benefit all the way around"

"I did like the bonus payments but that's all but stopped."

"Unless you are coming out of Big 4 Public Accounting stay away because you will be very disappionted."

"Current management has no vision for the department or the company as a whole. This company is basically in a survial mode. People just startting their career think they should already be in management without having to put in the time and prove what you can do."
