"Decent support from local team. Decent training from corporate. Internal systems and processes need refining. Is challenging to be competitive when you can't drop below certain margins. Only as strong as your installers who are all contractors so if they're good then your job is good but if they're subpar then your job will be subpar and you'll lose the customer whom they're installing. Commission structure makes it difficult to make over $70-75k at most."
