"Worked for Comcast 2 years as a Contractor and then another 3.5 as a FTE. There were always re-orgs and management changes, so made it very difficult for team members to get any kind of big projects accomplished because goals and targets were constantly changing. The program I was on really had the potential to be very innovative and lead the industry, but a lack of high level vision crippled any efforts to that end."
