What don't you like about working at Comcast?

"Constant restructuring. Each year there is a layoff, or company restructuring, and the anoucncements come out before they have a plan in place."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Plan in advance before announcing a restructure. Have a comleted plan ready to be implemented"
