"You get paid more for more sales. The company is very politically correct and values your input/feedback. Advancement is limited but you have plenty of flexibility with your daily schedule."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Prepare yourself for a short career. Quotas have become unreasonable and unsustainable in a mature market like Chicagoland."
What don't you like about working at Comcast?
"Reduced salaries, reduced commissions, increased quotas. Morale is low and plummeting."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get additional feedback from sales forces in different markets (different costs of living). Should also get notes about what promotions work or don't, plus what other tools/promos could be utilized and increase our effectiveness. Also, need to completely overhaul retention procedures/attitudes. Retention is awful in my opinion."
