"the Pay is not good. there is no real job security. no one advocate on your behalf if something goes wrong. no respect."

"they need to look at the people that are helping their company grow and recognize them more, by paying them decent wages, and creating management and non management relationship, moreover, a sense of real teamwork"

"Overlook and double check everything. Their are too many so called mistakes, mistakes only happen if you dont catch it."
