"Understand that internally it changes day to day and you have to roll with the punches."

"Maintaining working realationships with customers to achieve there goals over the 4-10 months to complete there projects."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more organized and hands on with helping the sales staff. We didnt have a manager for 6 months."

"Talk with the people ahead of time who do a smiliar job. Get a feel for the pros and cons ahead of time to plan accordingly to best benefit the company and yourself."

What don't you like about working at Comcast?

"Management not listening to workers of what needed to be done for drastic system improvements, excessive hours needed to get the job done due to poor systems, would not fire those who needed to be fired."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"hiring managers who actually could do the work, hiring capable assistants to help improve productivitiy of systems and increase sales working with account executives."
