"What I liked least about the job, was the environment. I worked in a very relaxed casual and manufacturing setting, in which some employee's often times would smoke in the office."

"To disbar employee's from smoking within the office."

"Middle management supposedly has changed. This once mighty company of over 7500 employees has shrunk considerably due to the narrow markets it must now serve."

"Through international purchases, the company was no longer favored as the premier assembly and automation king. Ford (thru Fiat) ended up owning a portion and would not consider other projects with the competition due to proprietary infromation."

"A cleared path that program management should share was not. To much trial and error, when the client is watching."
