"Patient care is good, doctors are good at what they do. However, there is a lot of gossip, favoritism, no organization, and no respect from other employees, and they put people in charge who are underqualified and uneducated on how to do their jobs. HR and management are awful. The patients also sometimes leave after waiting for an hour and over. They made someone a trainer who is disrespectful, unprofessional, and cliquey. I would never suggest someone work at this place. If you're a hard worker and like to keep things professional and have integrity, take your value to a place that will actually appreciate it and not sabotage you like you're in high school. God forbid you ever have to stand up for yourself because they will throw you out quicker than they can gossip."
"I have worked for CRA for over 5 years. We have a great culture in our company. CRA believes in education and will pay for a portion of your schooling or continuing education. We have fun lunches and get together often. The management is encouraging and positive. And the physicians really care for the patients and the employees. I love my job! I would recommend CRA to anyone as a great place to work!!"
