"Poor leadership. Bad decisions - too little too late. Poor/late communication from leadership."

"Better communication. Stop tip-toeing around issues and just bring them to the open. Be more realistic."

"I really enjoyed the people. They believed in subject matter experts and did a lot of internal training."

"I did not really like working with tax collection subject matter. Compensation was not competitive."

"I don't really have any constructive criticism. The pay was substandard and I just had a much better opportunity."

"Be prepared for choas. Be open to working a lot of hours with a lot of stress."

"The amount of hours that have to be worked, the continual missing of deadlines, the instability of the company and the challenging people"

"Remove people that are not team players. Do not repremand people who are doing the work and reward the ones who are not. Don't make promises you know you can't keep. If there are bad apples making it an uncomfortable work environment get rid of the bad apples."
