"STAY AWAY. If you are an above board account mgr looking for a decent position, You will NOT find it here. here you wil be underpaid, overworked and asked to do unethical things that could jeopardize your license."
What don't you like about working at Colony West?
"The entire Management team is completely unethical. Examples, forwarding binders to insured's that are not covered, Deliberately misclassifying a client to provide lower rates in order to take the business away from an honest agent."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pay more attention in your ethics classes, learn what human resources actually is. Try to prevent your EPLI carrier from having to pay a claim on your behalf"
