"I've worked for Collins Aerospace for the last 4 years. Prior to that I worked for its sister company, Pratt & Whitney; both companies are part of a conglomerate called Raytheon Technologies. I've been based in the Connecticut location, where I manage several products on a new aircraft engine. Work is challenging and rewarding. Only drawback is it's a large company and the aerospace industry is very conservative, so there is a reluctance to try new ideas."
"I worked as an intern and had a great experience learning about the industry and building relationships with my co-workers."
"I've worked for Collins Aerospace since 2017. I've found the company to be highly ethical, one that strives to empower its employees and pay keen attention to the bottom line. The technologies we develop and manufacture are critical to supporting the warfighter."
"Product integrity and original engineering development, as well as production and customer support, are legendary in the community, and engineering is developing next-generation capabilities."
"It is a great team to work for. very friendly boss that helps you move forward in your career. He is very understanding of your skills and if you need training to meet your goal."
"I've worked with Collins Aerospace since last August and had my contract ended with them at the beginning of April due to the coronavirus impact on the company. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at collins. My manager helped me develop a skill set I am very excited to continue pursuing. I managed the development of company applications from design to implementation. My manager would simply give me an overview of the business requirements and I handled all the technical end."
"Good company to work with."

"I started in 2019. Since starting, I have experienced nothing but support from every department within the plant. My direct manager is the best I have ever had, and the facility is really changing for the better."
"I am looking to spend the remainder of my career helping a company and great people move forward and become greater than they already are."
"Working at Collins Aerospace is a very demanding job. Employees work great together and it really is a team atmosphere. The variety of products Collins produces makes for interesting job and exposed to some very interesting programs. The pay at Collins is very good, but is not equal across the board. Some employees receive overtime While others don't for doing the same job. And the human resource department is very poor. Leadership can be over demanding at times. They do not fully understand the scope of work when they set forth our goals"
"Good company and a good place to work."
"Good organization to work for, especially if you are an Engineer looking for advancement opportunities."
