"I've worked for Collins Aerospace for the last 4 years. Prior to that I worked for its sister company, Pratt & Whitney; both companies are part of a conglomerate called Raytheon Technologies. I've been based in the Connecticut location, where I manage several products on a new aircraft engine. Work is challenging and rewarding. Only drawback is it's a large company and the aerospace industry is very conservative, so there is a reluctance to try new ideas."

"Working at Collins Aerospace is a very demanding job. Employees work great together and it really is a team atmosphere. The variety of products Collins produces makes for interesting job and exposed to some very interesting programs. The pay at Collins is very good, but is not equal across the board. Some employees receive overtime While others don't for doing the same job. And the human resource department is very poor. Leadership can be over demanding at times. They do not fully understand the scope of work when they set forth our goals"
