"I worked with Collective Insights as a consultant in order to help them with Salesforce projects, and Identity and Access Management projects. There is a lot of great talent at Collective Insights, and there approach to Change Management is a breath of fresh air. However, there is not a lot of room to grow at the company, and the owners tend not to listen to the feedback of their employees, which fosters an us vs. them mentality. While I would not recommend a friend to work for Collective Insights, I would be the first person to use them for Change Management processes."
