"People. Very family oriented staff. Autonomus work froups that alow free thinking and problems solving in a safe environment. Great learning job."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself. The HR and hireing managers are very smart. If its on your resme, you better know it. Be prepared for sink or swim. Many positions are a department of one. Be prepared to wear many hats. You will need help from all departments including the CEO and board."

What don't you like about working at CollabNet?

"Position requres many years of emplyment before advancing. The up and downs of the software industry dictate the policies and proceedures to a fault."

"Go public and becose something bigger than you are before you go broke."
