"It was a good company, the management cares about their employees."
"I was a trainee at Collabera in a Data Analysis course for ten weeks which started in February. The training was remote, and I attended class online through Zoom and communication was done on Slack. My class had around 20 students and 1 instructor and we were taught SQL, Python, and AWS. I found the instructor to be very clear and informative in his teaching. He was also readily and often available even outside of working hours to help with our projects. I was also paid 35 hours a week. Meaning I was getting paid AND receiving good training which is a win-win."
"A great company to work for."
"Collabera has been an excellent company to work for. They are supportive of my career goals and professional development. They provide contract positions worldwide."
"Collabera is a staffing company that has placed me on a contract for a very prestigious bank. They’ve been very hands off my entire time on the contract which has enabled me to provide quality services, enough so that I’ve been granted a contract extension."
"I have interned with Collabera since 2016. It has been a great work experience and environment. I was able to learn valuable professional skills such as troubleshooting, database design, and end-user support."
"Great support from agency staff. frequently checking with me on my work status."
"I was employed by Collabera for a contract role at The Boeing Company. Collabera proved to be thorough with the onboarding process and offboarding process, and communications with Collabera during my employ were swift and effective."
"Above average for the industry."
"Overall company is good to work with. The only issue with company is about salary and challenging work."
"It was a great experience working with them."
"In an industry ripe with resources, Collabera fails to utilize new technologies and refuses to appropriately train their junior staff. As for myself and the other senior staff, there is no incentive to help new associates for fear of falling being pointless KPI metrics regardless of how much business you have brought in. To be frank, the only redeeming quality is the team of peers you work with, however, not even that makes a big enough difference to make it palatable."
"Good company to work for!"
"I am working the company for past 8 months and it has been a very good experience till now. The co-workers are very helpful and friendly. There is a good balance between work and personal life. There is also a flexibility to learn and adapt to new technologies and stuff. Overall its a very good environment"
"Great overall experience!"
