"Tell the truth and be yourself. Also to be successful at this company you have to be able to work on your own, and not depend on management telling you step by step what to do. You must think out the box and you have to be a hunter and cannot be afraid to ask for the business and you must have thick skin."

"I do not like the lack of growth opportunities with my current employer. I also do not like the geographic location of my current job."

"I always more national exposure and expansion to have another office out west or down south and I can run that office."
