"Horrible, Horrible Company Culture. Tried to fire me by putting me on written notice for 1 complete year. Had to provide daily status reports accounting for time spent down to the minute. It I didn't meet estimates by going over the time limit , I was told I would be terminated."

What don't you like about working at Coldwell Banker?

"Had to take a day off of work because of family issues. Then, they tried to fire me by putting me on written notice for 1 complete year. Had to provide daily status reports accounting for time spent down to the minute. It I didn't meet estimates by going over the time limit , I was told I would be terminated. Hired a lawyer, had to document everthing management said to me. The lawyer stopped the harrassment. Later found out that all of the negative lies written about me in my personnel file were put onto the company's internal LAN network where anyone working there could download and read."
