Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to work with some really great people that will respect you but do expect you to work hard. Something I was feeling okay about but now not so much, is my yearly income is not even listed on the drop down chart. the lowest was 30K and I make 23.5K before taxes. so, that's bothersome but it definitely could be worse and IT IS WORSE OUT THERE. Trust me. This is a good place with a great group of understanding co-workers and management."
What don't you like about working at Coldwell Banker?
"As the receptionist, it is hard to find someone to relieve me when it is time for my scheduled breaks or if I am sick or if I want to take one of my earned PTO/vacation days. That can be really frustrating."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I honestly don't know... I'm not a running the show kind of girl but I would definitely figure out a way to help relieve the receptionist for breaks and PTO/vacation days so that it wouldn't be so stressful when the receptionist needed to use the restroom or take an earned PTO day."
