What do you like about working at Coker College?

"I enjoy working with my fellow employees and being able to interact in the world of sports every day. I enjoy the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but I am more than willing to work outside the standard. It is also a good way to get some experience if you are fresh out of college or have a year of experience under your belt. It provides hands-on experience that will help jump-start your career."

"Be prepared like any other interview. Show willingness to learn new things. Be realistic with yourself and know that it is most likely going to be a short-term place to work."

What don't you like about working at Coker College?

"I don't like the fact that my position doesn't allow for growth anywhere in the institution. I would like to work for a place that allows for growth and the ability to let employees use their skills in new ways."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestions would be to have better structure pertaining to the location of specific positions. I believe the overall view of the College would be much greater if things were organized in a different way."
