"I worked for Coilcraft since 2005. I enjoyed my time there. The environment is very welcoming and the employees and management are very friendly. Compensation is on the lower end of the spectrum, but there are other perks that make up for it a bit. Benefits are very good and it shows that the company does care for its employees."

"Very dysfunctional company. People are not friendly and will not look you in the eye or say hello in the hallways. In the 4 years I was there I can't recall anyone getting promoted... just lateral moves. They do not give performance reviews, so there is no chance for advancement in pay."
