"I worked for Coilcraft since 2005. I enjoyed my time there. The environment is very welcoming and the employees and management are very friendly. Compensation is on the lower end of the spectrum, but there are other perks that make up for it a bit. Benefits are very good and it shows that the company does care for its employees."
"I have worked for Coilcraft since 2018. I enjoy the work I do however find that the company lacks in experienced leadership and engineering. The organizational culture is figure it out as they go. There is really no strategic project management or planning when it comes to implementing new policies or procedures, or job tasks."
