"I have been with Cognizant Technology Solutions since 2006 till date. It is a great organization to start your career with. You get to learn a lot, but considering the number of staff Cognizant has acquired in the recent past, the hierarchy at the top has too many people and that is affecting the promotions and work recognition of the root level employees. People above the level of Manager have very less issues with promotions and/or pay hikes, but people at the root level suffer the most."
