"I've worked for Cognizant since 2019 and the environment in digital studios has been pretty well. It's best if you get hired directly, though. Get hired on as a contractor and then converted into a full-time employee is a bit tricky to navigate. Also, job enjoyment will likely depend heavily on which team/project you get assigned to but I feel like that's normal no matter where you work."
