"Extreme micro-management, lack of tech support, unorthodox recruiting methods, treating salespeople like disposable items. Turnover highest I've seen in 15 years of sales- 75% yearly!"

"Get rid of VP and a large amount of backward thinking sales managers that love to micro-manage. Get a new head recruiter who knows what she's doing."
