"The company have a great place and people. I have many opportunities to develop my skills in web development. I was very happy that I was able to expand my knowledge and skills and interaction with customers and my co-workers."

"Be honest and friendly. Experienced in customer services, and be able to learn and adapt to new environment."
What don't you like about working at iCompuTek?
"It is not really my career job. There is no benefits, such as health and retirement. The salary is not enough to support my living."

"Management needs to be direct and clear. Management also have to be structured and fair and honest."

"Being a Co-Owner of Excel Fitness was a career highlight. Seeing our business come from an idea on paper to raising the money and capital to finally seeing our debt all paid off has been a great opportunity."

"Do your homework on the company website, what they have done in the community and look up the backgrounds of the the staff and owner."

"As an owner we had all the pressure and accountability to make the business run and had to work harder than ever to make it work, but we did."

"Learning about wine and the wine industry. Working with people from completely different backgrounds was also pretty nice."

"You have to be sure what you're in for, and make sure you would be able to work with the team."

"Had to worry about things that the CEO should worry about but didn't. Had to do a lot of last-minute rescue work. The company made a lot of careless mistakes that should've been avoided."

"Would have concrete visions for the future, and constructive short-term plans. Would also be more strict about responsibilities and make sure the tasks are all done within the time-frame."
