What don't you like about working at Coffey County Hospital?
"The lack of willingness to communicate productively and respectively and the general overall poor attitudes and poor work ethic bother me most. This is especially frustrating when it affects patient care and the overall impact it has on the patients impression of us as medical providers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have accountability and be responsible for your actions. Communicate with your team in a positive and constructive manner. Treat each and everyone with dignity and respect and have the integrity to admit when you've made a mistake. Treating people the way you wish to be treated and having a commonground would be nice. Establishing and enforcing rules and guidelines and following ethical practices would be a solid foundation to start with."
