My supervisor is very communicative and has reasonable expectations for all of her employees. I do feel that corporate and the higher-ups in the company do a poor job of communicating or showing any form of care to store workers."

At the beginning of this year, they were bought by Jollibee Corporation and a new business plan is forecasting some amazing changes in the near future. Most recently the practices and procedures have been changing daily and Jollibee will definitely lead this company to be one of the most admired coffees and tea chains in the industry."

"The company plays too much with different upper management to move and change ideas and tactics before watching for true results can matter. Saving money colides with quality of product and service."

"Finding continunity with new leaders before placing them with their areas to manage or lead, through the one view of the companies mission."
