What do you like about working at Piedmont Healthcare?

"The people. Working multispecialty coding again. Working with Private physician setting. In the past I worked more with Teaching Hospitals."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Did not take a test, was only interviewed by Director and President of the company at the time."

What don't you like about working at Piedmont Healthcare?

"They were told by consultants they needed a coder, but really did not understand what their needs were and what to do with the position."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to get rid of the consultants and let you staff do the work. Be more involved with the physicians on the outskirts of the city. They feel left behind at times."
