"Codetalk is revolutionary in that it nurtures the talents of individuals who are new to the tech industry. Direct reports also serve as mentors and not just employers. The entire structure of the company is designed to give all team members a holistic experience. Motivation exercises and medication were apart of our morning step-ups. The daily task was not compartmentalized like large companies, all team members were encouraged and assigned different tasks after each project. I served as UX designer for a boutique interior design firm then project manager and content writer for the development of an independent record label website."
