"Codetalk is revolutionary in that it nurtures the talents of individuals who are new to the tech industry. Direct reports also serve as mentors and not just employers. The entire structure of the company is designed to give all team members a holistic experience. Motivation exercises and medication were apart of our morning step-ups.
