"Seriously consider taking a job with this company. Great product and incredible packages and brands but the employees are treated terrible. I have not met many that are happy or not looking for a job. The company seems to be happy with having a revolving door. Also the jobs don't take much thought so having employees come and go does not seem to cause any setbacks or costs."

What don't you like about working at Coca-Cola?

"The company has a factory mentality. Employees are treated less than equal. The bottle seems to have more rights then the company employees."

"Company needs to go about business differently. Customer service needs improvement and older management style of factory to business needs improvement."

"A good manager is like a general in the army who delegates, commands, and responds accordingly and aggressively."

"When giving direction to employees, remain on the current path. The management was constantly changing their desires."

"There is a cap on earning potential. If you like working for a company that is run like the Army, then this is the employer for you."

"There was lackluster earning potential."

"Management should be more open to suggestions."

"The everyday challenge of sales. You must teach yourself how to be organized, problem solve, and interact with so many different personalities. Amazing experience and learned so much during my time there."

"Great place to get a challenge in your career and learn so much. You can apply your experience you take from there to any other company and excel."

"The salary."

"Training needs more help. I myself love to get thrown out to the wolves and fight by myself. Many do not have that gift. Training should improve greatly."

"To resolve issues as they arise and follow market trends."

"Be careful! You may be the first chosen in cost-cutting layoffs if you are a master at your position and hit bonuses every trimester."

"I liked owning the beverage part of their business that helped them take advantage of specials and help them to grow and develop their business."

"Tips for interviewing: 1) Come in with a smile and a positive attitude. 2) Show them you have a can-do personality and you are a hard worker. 3) Relate your real life experiences and how you handled them, when they ask questions."

What don't you like about working at Coca-Cola?

"I didn't like feeling as if I was on my own 99% of the time with no mentoring. When my boss would visit, he wouldn't commend me on the great job I was doing in 99% of my accounts, but chose to criticize me on the 1% that could be improved. Management gives very little to no positive re-enforcement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that they use the information they take from us on our annual review and follow through with it. They ask what your short term and future goals are but then do nothing to help you achieve them. A little direction and support from them would do wonders for morale there."
