"The company is pretty innovative in some areas and has a really good sales channel to get their product in the market."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Depending on the department you work in you will either like it a lot or feel like you are a 2nd class citizen. There is huge disparity between groups and leadership styles within each."

What don't you like about working at Cobalt?

"They do not always think things through before they launch a product and there can sometimes be a lot of finger pointing. Some groups do not like to take ownership of issues or the initiative to get things done."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Reward your top performers and make it clear to them that they should be kept. Also, practice what you preach. You spend tons of money on consultants for management training to train front line managers but not many of the things being taught are used in the organization."

"Growing Company with direct access to the higher levels. Invest on training and they care for their employees."

"Be honest about your professional experience. Cobalt is willing to give training if necessary. The personality is important to the company."

What don't you like about working at Cobalt?

"The company lost its biggest contract and I was dismissed as a result of this fact, disregarding my project was still active, they decided to maintaim the longest employees"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Evaluate the production instead of the longevity of employees"
