"How about getting a drug approved. or hiring the right people to get it done. This way you don't have to keep laying people off."

"Given their current situation, I couldn't recommend anyone to interview with them."

"Due to the failing economy, Azur laid off over half of the Field Sales force, and I was laid off."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Instead of laying people off, management should have been more creative in thinking of ways to keep people on board. Some examples would be asking Field Sales to take a temporary pay cut, discontinue matching 401k savings, and reducing the size of the bonus plan."
