"I was a full time student for about 2 years with Cerco LLC and they were very understanding, I could create my own schedule and work nights or days whenever needed, I was able to build my credit and start to improve my life because of the job experience I have acquired working for Cerco. I would strongly recommend that company to anyone."

"I like being part of team, meeting production requirements and generating profit. I do not like the fact that corporations and the manufacturing industry in general expects you to be a machinist, without any training or guidance on their part. I am trapped in the paradox of employers needing employees who have the necessary experience and me being in the position of not having the experience required to get to the first interview. Where do I get the necessary experience"
