"Don't lie about your capabilities, I have had too many people come in to the shop saying they can do a job, and not see it in their performance."
What don't you like about working at Ram-Lin?
"No chain of command. The job titles give to each employee did not match what authority they had."

"Define the roles of your employees, and allow them to do their job."
